ARC offers an economical and flat pricing structure that is best in the market today. This aggressive pricing model is built on principles of predictability and transparency.

1. How is ARC pricing structured?

ARC comes with Core and Optional modules with a flat pricing model.
  • ARC Core module comprises of:
  • Commerce Engine
  • Digital xperience Hub (DxH)
  • ARC Optional module comprises of:
  • ARC Recommendation xperience Engine
  • ARC Search Intelligence Tool
  • ARC Core is priced perpetually. Whereas, ARC optional modules have a yearly software subscription.

ARC pricing is designed to provide maximum flexibility for customers to move away from the traditional annual license-based model where the platform vendor charges an annual fee just to keep giving software fixes without any value-added features. This locks the customers into a long-term financial trap where he must keep paying just to maintain his investments into the platform. ARC believes in adding value to our customers through a value creation-based pricing model. We believe that a customer must only pay more for features and products which enable him with an edge against competition or bring parity thus adding value to the business.

2. How is the product licensed (named user, processor, etc.)?

ARC provides a flat pricing structure as compared to other cloud-based platforms.
  • ARC’s license fee is based on Named user.
  • One license for each domain.

ARC moves away from processor-based fee structure which makes it very difficult to calculate the TCO as it will vary based on scale requirements. ARC has a very transparent and flat approach to calculating fees based on a named user or domain name. This allows the organization to be elastic i.e. scale up or down infrastructure without any financial implications.
